ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Laura.
WHO I AM
I'm an Irish woman, born and raised in Zambia. Growing up, I was always sure of two things - I was happiest when I was helping people, and I thrived when I had a goal in mind. I really value authenticity, kindness, logical thinking, pragmatism and above all else - family.
CAREER & LIFE
Life changes, and with it, so does career. Over the years I have set and achieved a few key goals: getting a Masters, working in the charity sector and in Google HQ, traveling solo in Southeast Asia, buying a house, taking care of my family, qualifying as a yoga teacher, getting a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching and setting up my own business. At the moment, I'm half way through a postgraduate degree in Psychology in Trinity College, Dublin. I love coaching alongside learning more about human behaviour, so I can bring that learning into the coaching relationship.
QUALIFICATIONS
I worked towards a career in the charity sector initially and hold a Masters in Humanitarian Action. After working in the charity sector and the private sector, I decided to set up this business in order to work for myself while doing something I love. In order to qualify as a coach, I completed a Diploma in Life and Executive Coaching with Positive Success Group in the Marino Institute. I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation and adhere to their ethical standards for coaching practice- this includes confidentiality and transparency.
